All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post unless you specify an alternative delivery option. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible and although delivery times do vary, you should receive your order within 14 days. If you do not receive your order within 14 days please contact us. Physica Energetics UK Ltd is not responsible for items sent standard first class post that get lost or broken in transit. If you want to guarantee delivery please make sure you tick the recorded delivery option.

Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £2.50
